The Zoo Interchange Construction project continues into its next phase and will cause Pettit customers to alter their routes to and from the Center. Thank you for your patience, consideration, and support!
84th Street has been closed until mid-March where it passes under I94. The Westbound I94 exit ramp at 84th St is closed until mid-May and 84th Street entrance ramp to I94 Westbound is closed until mid-June. The Westbound detour to reach Center is to exit at 68th/70th Street and continue on frontage road to 76th Street, turn left over I94 and then turn right at Main Street by State Fair Park & Ride. To go West, a suggestion is to go East on Main Street in front of Center to 70th Street, turn left and follow signs to I94 West
Note that the exit at 84th Street from I94 Eastbound will be open, as will the entrance at 84th Street/Kearney on to I94 Eastbound. So, 84th Street is open south of the I94 bridge to receive I94 Eastbound cars exiting and allow them to enter going East.
We regret any inconvenience for you and believe the Pettit Center is a wonderful destination for exercise, competition, and fun that is well worth a slightly altered route.
The UK2 Memorial Alumni Game will be held on Monday December 22 at the Pettit Ice Center. The woman's game MJA (Wisconsin Wild) will begin at 5:45-7:00pm and the men's game will begin at 7:15-8:30. Pizza and refreshments will be served in the Hall of Fame room after each game. We look forward to seeing all of our returning players and their families.
Our players and all who visit The Pettit National Ice Center will walk by this tribute box to Ulvis Katlaps!
