MIlwaukee Jr Admirals Golf Outing

 Team-

We are hosting the first annual MJA golf outing on September 10th at Ironwood Golf Course.  There are a couple of things I would like to do if possible for our team, which are listed below.  If you are willing to do any of the following please call me at 262 308 5061 or email at matt@dskillshockey.com.  The money we are raising for the outing is going to help pay for a new video program we will be using for the first time this year with the organization.  It is called VBK SportsViewer.  Its a going to be a great tool to help our players in the organization watch games and breakdown film of their play for specific areas we as an organization and coaches believe will help in their development throughout the season.

1.  A MM' team hole sponsor--  The hole costs $100 to sponsor and I would like to split the cost from all the families that are willing to help.  I am looking to get at least 10 families to sponsor the MM' team hole.

2.  Corporate or Family sponsor-- The cost is again is $100.  The sign can read whatever you would like.  If you would like to sponsor saying the "Medvecz Family" for example that would be fine.

3.  Groups to participate in the outing.  Cost per person is $125.  The details of what this covers is in the attached PDF.  You may have already received this, but it is attached again if you have misplaced the file.  As an organization we are trying to get at a minimum 3 groups per team.  If you have any interest please let me know.  Its going to be a great time and we hope to see as many families there as possible!
