With an extensive background in coaching and player development, Rosmis brings a wealth of experience to the organization. He joins the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals after leading a Midget U15 Central States Development Hockey League (CSDHL) team based in Chicago, IL, as their Head Coach. Rosmis also has significant coaching experience at the Tier II and High School Varsity levels.

His experience and knowledge of the game make him a valuable resource for the organization and players alike.

Co-Head Coach - Jessica Edward

Coach Edward joined the MJA Coaching Staff in the 2017-2018 Season.  Her coaching career began while attending graduate school at UW-Madison as the JV head coach and Varsity assistant coach with the Middleton Lynx in WIAA. Upon moving to Milwaukee, Jess joined the MJA program in assistant coach roles with the U16 and U19 girls’ teams. These roles have provided important and broad experiences in developing players across a range of skills and ages.  She has served as a Head Coach in our program since 2019 at the 12U and 14U Girls level.

As a player, Jessica’s career included prep hockey at Shattuck-St. Mary’s and NCAA hockey at UW-Stevens Point. Her accomplishments include a u19 National Championship at SSM, an NCAA Final Four Semifinalist at UWSP, All-Conference Award, and most importantly, an All-Conference Academic Team member. Through these experiences, Jess has learned about the commitment, passion, aptitude and intelligence it takes to become an elite level player.

Jess has an acute eye for the game and an analytical mind. She understands the mechanics of hockey skills, she is observant and she has developed the unique ability to see, and bring out, the good in every player. Jess comes from a "work your tail off for what you get" background. She is a strong, confident, professional women ready to build the team and be a positive role model for our young developing players.
