Matt Doman

With a lifelong passion for hockey, Matt Doman brings extensive experience and a proven track record of developing hockey players of all ages.  Matt has dedicated his career to shaping the next generation of elite players.  Matt began his coaching career with the Milwaukee Jr Admirals as the Head Coach of the 18u AAA team and Director of Player Development.  He then moved to Minnesota to open a hockey training facility and coach the Stillwater Boys High School team. After 12 years of coaching in Minnesota Matt took the Director and Head of Hockey position with TPH in Colorado. At TPH, Matt oversaw player development programs, curriculum design, and mentorship initiatives.  His leadership and commitment to excellence ensured that athletes received top-tier coaching, both on and off the ice. After 4 years Matt and his family moved back to Wisconsin to once again coach with the Milwaukee Jr Admirals.  Matt now serves as the Director of Coaching and Head Coach of the 14u Milwaukee Jr Admiral team. With a coaching philosophy centered on passion, hard work, hockey IQ and a love for the game, Matt continues to inspire and develop high-level players, preparing them for the next steps in their hockey careers.
