The Milwaukee Jr. Admirals are thrilled to announce and congratulate Arial Lapsa, an integral member of our 19U Girls Team, on her commitment to join the NCAA Division III Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) Women's Hockey Team for the 2024-2025 season. Lapsa's dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the game have paved the way for this outstanding opportunity.

"When Arial initially considered joining the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals, I was immediately impressed with her character, professionalism, and her overall approach to the game," said Head Coach Rob Rosmis. "I knew from our very first conversations that she would be a strong addition to the team. Her willingness to learn and her positive attitude, both on and off the ice, have been instrumental in her development as a player and as a leader."

In her first year with the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals, Arial Lapsa made the decision to move away from home and participate in our billet program, all in pursuit of playing hockey at a higher level and realizing her dream of playing collegiate hockey. Her perseverance and commitment to honing her skills have truly paid off.

As we send Arial Lapsa off to join the MSOE Women's Hockey Team, we want to wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors. We have no doubt that she will continue to excel both academically and athletically as she embarks on this new chapter in her hockey career.
